I'm Mikey J. (Real name Mike Jackson) Now you can see why I like to abbreviate it!

I am a British writer, scriptwriter and novelist of many genres, currently living in Worthing, West Sussex on the South Coast of England.

Currently, I write topical comedy sketches for two ongoing satirical theatre sketch shows; Newsrevue (Canal Cafe Theatre - London) and The Treason show. (Komedia - Brighton)

I have written material for the forthcoming new series of the Radio 4 sketch show Recorded For Training Purposes, and I write jokes for the 118 118 joke text service.

I have also been showing a feminine side by writing short fiction for women's magazines!
Not TOO feminine, though! I am NOT Michelle at weekends!

For the last few years, I have been writing non-fiction books in digital form, (ebooks) concerning subjects such as web design, making money online and other subjects such as how I recently gave up smoking!
I have now turned to fiction.

As well as writing, I also composed a few fun songs a few years back too, which are available for licensing.

Because I have the ability to write in different styles, genres and formats, I'm currently working on numerous projects including a comedy sitcom and several dramas, as well as planning a play for theatre and some film screenplays. You see, I want to cover all genres. ;)

Although I'm quite busy, I am always available for commissioning for TV, film, radio or theatre projects.
